MISSION: David Hansen is a playwright living and working in Cleveland Heights, OH. His work merges personal narrative with historical fiction, transforming daily life into myth and bringing great events to an intimate level.

 
 

In 1920, a wife, mother and former nurse emerged onto the literary stage as a promising and formidable writer of detective fiction. 


The Mysterious Affair at Styles set Agatha Christie on the path to becoming the most famous and successful mystery writer of all time, and with this, her first novel, introduced to the world the charming, bizarre and unforgettable Belgian detective Hercule Poirot.


Great Lakes Theater presents Agatha Christie’s The Mysterious Affair at Styles in a new, one-hour stage adaptation by David Hansen as the 2012 Outreach Tour, visiting 21 locations in Cuyahoga, Summit and Lorain Counties, free and open to the public. Complete Touring Schedule.
